5 jump squats at free throw line, the 10 jump squats at half court, 15 at far free throw line and 20 at far end of court.
 
Repeato, but CDD's instead of jump squats.
 
Mosey up the hill to the rockpile and grab a rock.

Mosey down to bottom of of parking lot and back

Not a ton of mumblechatter, but Canuck is certainly not shy about standing his ground.  He obviously listened to the disclaimer, as he modified early and often. 🙂
 
Great coffeteria after the workout.  Moses asked Holiday when he was doing his next Tri.  He answered "May… as in May never"!  You know that will make it round our group, just remember you heard it here first.
