Substitute Q In TPR Does Not Equal An Easy Day


14 PAX arrived unsure of the morning's Q. Low mumblechatter could be heard when the realization came about that Mr. Burns had called in sick and YHC had taken over the responsibility. Let the fun begin.

  • Pax find a section of the low wall
    • Dips 10X IC
    • Step ups 20X OYO (10 each leg)
    • Decline Muricans 10X IC
    • Squats 10X IC
      • Repeato for 3 total rounds
  • Mosey to DUMC, partner up, grab one paver between both partners
    • P1 performs the exercise while P2 runs to dumpsters and back and then switch – this continues until the alloted reps for that exercise is complete and then the PAX can move to the next round of exercises
      • Round 1 – 100 Thrusters
      • Round 2 – 150 Muricans
      • Round 3 – 200 Squats
      • Round 4 – 150 curl/press/skull crusher
  • Return pavers and mosey back to the green
  • One minute left – Dips 13X IC
