Reflection:

Hannah Kerr – "Warrior" Christian Song:

"Every scar on my skin is a reminder, of a moment I didn't give in.

And I walked through the fire.  Cause in the dark there is a light.,

your truth burning bright.  Makes me brave to fight the fight. And shout the battle cry!"

I think we all need a Battle Cry.  It's our rallying point.  Our source of strength.  God can be our Battle Cry.  What do you draw upon to keep you on the straight and narrow?  What gets you through that last .5 miles in a race?  What gets you out of bed to become better every day?  What gives us the strength to help others?  It's your Battle Cry.  It's your unextinguishable battle cry.  Find yours.  Use it to help yourself and others.

Moleskine:

 – I'll admit that I didn't want to get up this morning.  I worked out Tuesday, ran Wednesday, worked out Thursday and ran Friday.  I'm tired.  My knee hurts.  I'm still sore from this week.  My nose is still recovering from Holeshot's wicked cropdusting Thursday.  What got me up?  Knowing that the men would be out there.  This thing works.

 – Lightbulb got a NC-17 rated film right to his front doorstep.  All caught on film.  Then the M shows up at coffee after. #Awkward.  #DidSheSeeUs?

 – Metrodog retains his BearCrawl King crown for another week.  Dude can bearcrawl and wheelbarrow.

 – Shredder almost makes me poop my pants at 06:55 sneaking up behind me on the way into the AO.  #AllBlackedOut

 – Good to see Shirley out.  Missed you this week bro.

 – GoodWrench zig zags his way down several cul de sacs and is still faster than all of us

 – Dandelion looks at his watch when I yell "LEFT" to head towards Block Island.  Yes, there is still time Dandy.  #NotMyFirstRodeo #BlockIslandNightmares

 – Abrams seems to be recovered from his calf injury.  Good to see him back torching every exercise called.

 – Prayers-out to Cheetah who had to stay out on the road for work.  Come home safely bro.

 – HONOR to lead and be led by you gentlemen.
