*Skull Crushers > Travel to the other end of the parking lot > Break Dancers
*Block Squats > Travel to the other end of the parking lot > Mt Climbers
*Lawn Mowers > Travel to the other end of the parking lot > Dips

MUMBLE CHATTER
*AM-PM gave us an AAR on the quarter ruck. Not going to lie I am a little upset with myself for not stepping up to the task and joining as it sounded like a great time. I was too busy drinking beer with my toes in the New River all weekend. (Also a great time)
*Not a lot of time for mumble chatter as I was reminded that only one break was provided during the 45 mins. Sorry about that, I got caught up in the moment.
*Nice to see Tuffy back out as he mentioned he has been out for a bit.
*Soprano doesn’t say much as he is too busy crushing the workout.
