Strong group of PAX joined in for this mornings run. Full Moon is tapering for this weekends Marine Corp Marathon so he only ran 5, I’d be home sleeping 4 days before I ran 26 miles. No Rope and Omega set the pace and they ran it by themselves.
Great gathering at coffee, joined by two real pros; Einstein and Stromboli. Great run, great group.
