Run the length of the parking lot and then run/bear crawl back to the next ball and perform the exercise as a group:

  • Haven't seen Hippie in a while but he's still got IT when it comes to sprints and bear crawls…strong work brother
  • Ultraman isn't technically a respect just yet but man you've got to respect what he brings to a beatdown…including the stardard before/after…solid
  • Ultraman was also the only one of the four I called out that showed up and probably not due to the call out…glad to have you this AM
  • Die Hard crushed the block work at the end when the rest of us felt smoked
  • Noted that it was nice to see Hippie when we wasn't voluntelling us to Q at Hollywood
  • Also noted Die Hard needs to Q Hollywood soon
  • Enjoyed it this morning gents!
