Suicides with pain…Q has 5 markers spread accross parking lot. Q gives an excercise, run to first marker and back perform 10 reps, run to second marker and back 8 reps, run to third marker and back , 6 reps…down to 2 reps. Plank until everyone has completed that exercise and wait for next exercise.
