  • Repeato -x5

Round 2:

  • Lunge Walks
  • Partner Wheel Barrow
  • Mosey to the wall

Round 3:

  • Wall Sit with Air Presses
  • Ascending Testicles (5x derkins @ 15 degrees, hold at 45, BTTW, 45 hold, 15 hold)
  • 20x line jumps over parking lot stops IC
  • Mosey to the monkey bars

Round 4:

  • 2x
    • Monkey Bars 
    • Australian Pull Ups
    • 1 Lap Strolling Block Curls IC
    • 10x Scull Crushers IC
    • 1 lap Zamporini
    • 1 Lap Strolling Block Curls IC
    • 10x Block Squats IC
