Five brave men showed in the gloom for workout and mumble chatter.  five left better prepared for the day.  But only the backblast was easy.

THE THANG

 

The street light boogaloo with:

  • Strength
  • cardio
  • abs

we hit 18 street lights for 6 of each exercise type and burned 546 calories.  It was a good start to the day.
