19 PAX came out strong in the Monday gloom to enjoy the largeness & brightness of YHC (and the SUPER MOON!) I'm terrible with names, so due to the risk of omitting many…
I've Q'd for about a year and thought it was finally time to attempt a BB…I promise, they will get better with practice.
The Thang (roughly…again, terrible memory):
At the Green:
* SSH x 25 IC
* Imperial Storm Troopers X 15 IC
Mosey to the Belk Art Building for:
* Alternating step ups x 12 IC
* Incline Mericans x 10 IC
* Mountain Climbers x 12 IC
* Dips X 12 IC
* Alternating Step ups X 12 IC
Mosey to the Davidson College outdoor basket ball court:
* 3 sets of "suicides" including w/ Mericans, burpees and standard (keeping quiet to allow for students beauty sleep)
Mosey to Davidson College Track
* "string of Pearls" – thanks to LD, Squiggy, Stumpjumper, Hooker, Pdiddy, Spackle and those that I'm forgetting for getting involved
* very short stadium run until we realized we were out of time
Back to the Green for COT
Moleskin:
Great crowd for a cooler Monday with a Q that pre-warned of running (ended up at 2.3 miles…not terrible). Campus tour is becoming my go-to. "String of Pearls" was learned when I posted at Wilmington a couple weeks ago. PAX stayed together pretty well. Also mixed in was some MARY, including low flutter, LBC, heels to heaven and planks.
Pickle Pounder was part of the mix as well and I found out later today is ironically National Pickle Day…go figure?
Ok for a first attempt at a BB?
