The Thang:

1/2 Run

Rotate through stations with partners facing off (puncher and catcher).  1 minute clock on the Gymboss timer.

  • Roundhouse kicks
  • Imaginary Jumprope (for the odd man)
  • Catch Roundhouse
  • Catch Uppercuts
  • Catch Jab/Cross

1/2 Run

Mary: Low Flutter x 10, Low Dolly x 10, Mason Twist x 10

The Moleskine:  Attempting to change up things at The Quarry from the normal bootcamp and bodyweight exercises.  (subtitle: I didn't want to do the Murph again.)   We should definitely incorporate more Mixed Martial Arts type exercises throughout the year.  (subtitle: Mr. Miyagi says your form sucks.  You punch like a 5 year old.)  Sorry about the odd exercise of jumprope.  Not as fun as the other stations. (subtitle: odd exercise for odd people)  It seems that the workout had interesting affects on the PAX.  Natty Lite was ready to fight.  (subtitle: We have awaken the dragon inside.)  Tesla was seemingly indiferent. (subtitle: He's a lover not a fighter.)  Hambone was ready to punt Natty to the moon. (subtitle: you missed your calling…)    Great job everyone!  (subtitle: your form still sucks.)
