The Force was on IR so we modified the workout to remove running.

Super Sets:

Snatch 30 seconds
Swings 30 seconds
Rest 30 seconds

thrusters 30 seconds
Swings 30 seconds
Rest 30 seconds

Lawn mowers 30 seconds
Swings 30 seconds
Rest 30 seconds

Squat 30 seconds
Swings 30 seconds
Rest 30 seconds

Skull crushers 30 seconds
Swings 30 seconds
Rest 30 seconds

Shoulder press 30 seconds
Swings 30 seconds
Rest 30 seconds

Repeat but instead of swings we did curls.

Mary (abs and bell).  I think someone called burpees??

Big thanks to The Force for allowing me to Q at a great AO!  Also, thanks to all the pax for putting in work and pushing me to be better!  It was a strong effort from the entire group and really made it a great workout and another great morning.
