The Thang:
Pax did 10 reps of both exercise at each station, then did 10 reps of both exercises again with no break. 40 reps total at each station.
- Ball Reverse Fly/ Bent Fly – 15lb dumbbells
- Clean Chop / Row – 40lb sandbag
- Front Raises / Man Maker Merkin – 10lb dumbbells
- Curl, Press, Crush/ Dead Lift Row – 55/45 lb kettles
- Clean Press/ Shoulder Press – 30lb kettles
- Curl/ Lawnmowers – 25lb dumbbells
- Bench/ Perpendicular Over Head Press – 35lb kettles
Mary:
Each pax member contributed with their favorite ab set. Abs were stinging after this… Sorry, Q can't remember who contributed which ab set, but it was good.
Schwinn led his first ab set I believe with the WWII's. Thanks bro! Great job
Q calls pax to pick a station that they enjoyed the most and the pax did 10 reps of each exercise at that station for a final go.
Next, Q asked pax to grab a weight they wanted to do weighted mason twists with and proceeded to do 10 IC
Moleskin:
- Surf made a quick appearance just before start of the workout…good work with the run!
- 911 requires at least 2 strips of mowing in order to earn a home brew beer. NO EXCEPTIONS…
- Natty reports the brew was very tasty however with a healthy tasting on Sunday.
- The pax that come to muscle beach are getting so cut, they have to wear band-aids to stop the bleeding…
