Great work by everyone. Thanks to Springfield for allowing me to switch days to Q.  There was a little chatter until we hit the burpees.  Everyone was feeling good when I announced there was only one more round until I realized I had forgotten an exercise.  That is when the Q received some “nice” compliments.

As usually, Roxie retrieved the ball for 45 minutes straight. She is now going to sleep the rest of the day.

No signs of snow as was the forecast.

Reminder to everyone to be aware of depression and to reach out to their friends if they haven’t seen in a while.  Saying hello to someone can make a big difference in someone’s day.

I look forward to having my first back to back Q. I will be celebrating 45 years tomorrow morning at The Mighty Oak.
