The Super Steve ALS Walk will begin Saturday, April 29 @9AM in Birkdale. We will be converging workouts @ Birkdale (Hollywood AO site) with the usual 7AM start and hope people can stay for the walk and contribute to this worthy cause. Through our partnership with the ALS foundation, we have helped Steve Hix and his wife Debbie with a number of household tasks that have become impossible for them to perform on their own due to this devastating disease. 100% of all money raised goes to the Joe Martin ALS foundation whose services are offered free of charge to patients and families dealing with ALS. Please join me in a show of solidarity with your F3 brothers by working out, wearing your F3 gear, registering and walking alongside Steve. If you cannot make it that day, your contribution to this cause would be greatly appreciated.
