Warmorama – SSH, CPs, windmills
The Thang:
- Supermurph modification. substitute burpees from pulls
- "Super" = 5K, not a mile
- total 100 burpees, 200 Merkins, 300 squats
- ran out of time on 2nd 5K
Moleskine:
- don't drop the soap in the shower – or at least don't admit to it when asked about the scalp laceration
- Consensus: Grip would have a tough time in prison
- cooler temperature but heavy humidity = heavy sweat
