6 men showed up on a warm and muggy winter's morning to do some supersets.

Warmup

  • Dippy Birds X 10IC each leg

Head to the back and grab a block.  The idea of Supersets is to do multiple exercises concentrating on one body part with little rest.  I think we can all agree this was much harder than it looked on paper.

  • A Mad Pooper is on the loose in SVU.  Clark definitely got the brunt of it this am.
  • Some chatter about where the Panthers go now that LUUUUUUUKE is gone

  • There was more, but your QIC was seeing stars and light headed from his 6 week hiatus.
  • Skipper tried to show up at the last minute to get credit…but I'm petty…no credit.
