(3) Ramrod mentioned few times about Quarter Ruck 5 coming in March ! This will be a good test for any man to see how you can adjust to many situations. QR4 made me take a serious look at what kind of man I was & where I needed improvement. Very organized, team building event run by your F3 LKN brothers who are GoRuck veterans.
(4)Thanks to The Count, Country Club, Major Tom, and Oyster for donating men's sneakers for the Charlotte Rescue Mission #Sole Redemption drive. 9 pairs in my trunk so far. All Feb yhc & Scrappy will be collecting & can drop them at Madalyn's Coffee House by 131 Main with Earl Grey too. It was a huge success last year & lets continue. Some of our brothers at the Mission want to work out like us but may not have the resources to grab some nice kicks now so let's help them out !
