Auto, Hoodie, Lego, and Tagless ran The Standard
I have always liked the combination of upper body and cardio you get with The Vern, but I don't get out on Tuesdays any more. I decided to bring it to Arnie's for a little change of pace. We had a few that did their Virgin Vern.
The Thang:
Run up to corner of Devonshire and Birkdale Commons and back (~ 0.6 miles)
5 Rounds:
- 10 Pullups, run a lap around parking lot
- 20 Dips, run a lap
- 25 Merkins, run a lap
- 30 LBC, run a lap
Run the Hill to BC and back.
Mary:
- Plank ~ 30 Seconds
- Merkins x 10IC
- Low Flutter x 10IC
Moleskin:
Great job by everyone pushing through The Vern. Sorry Roadie for springing all that running on you.
