A few workouts ago we were contemplating the elevation changes on various hills throughout the neighborhood we run around. So this workout decided to collect some info:
- LBH: Little baby hill aka Dandelion’s Thursday hill aka man this thing is higher up than it looks.
Bottom of hill at AO: 15 x Hand release Mericans and 20 x 4 count flutter kicks.
Hill elevation: 12’ from AO.
Top of hill: 15 x Burpees and 20 x box cutters
- Big hill on Sailview drive near back entrance.

Hill elevation: 41’.

- Hill up Crepe Ridge away from AO towards front entrance aka hill to grassy knoll

- Biggest hill on Rustling woods
