Svelt – a term used to describe someone who has superior muscle tone and muscle size.  Makes most other men look like total sissies when within a 15 foot radius.

 

Warmorama:

1) 1 leg plank walk outs – 3 minutes

2) Sun salutation sets – 2 minutes

 

The Thang:

3 Rounds with a lap in between

X10-15 reps of each of the following 

1.       Bent over row (60lb sandbag)

a.       40 yard bear crawl

2.       Dumbbell curls (30lb)

a.       x20 American hammer

3.       Dumbbell triceps extensions (40lb)

a.       40 yard crab walk

4.       Kettlebell Shoulder press and squat (30 lb)

a.       x20 American hammer

5.       Mercan w/ front raise (10lb)

a.       40 yard lunge walk

6.       Kettlebell goblin squat (55 lb) 

a.       x20 American hammer

7.       Kettlebell swings (45lb)

a.       40 yard crawl bear

8.       Chest flies (30 lb)

a.       x20 American hammer

9.       Sandbag Mercan w/ pull (40 lb)

a.       40 yard burpee jump

10.   Lat raise (15lb)

a.       x20 American hammer

Moleskin:

-Lots of chatter this morning about the humidity.  Everybody gettin a good sweat.

-It's official: Crawl-Bear is kyptonite.

-Strong push by all this morning.  Thoughts out to Krugerrand who had to dip out early and knock out some work to tamp down on that stress level.
