SVU met up (numbers higher thanx to Mustang PAX) in the cold for a great start to a morning.
Warmup – SSH, Mountain Climbers, Cotton Pickers, Merkins, Empirial Squat Walkers
Jog to back to get blocks and circle up in parking lot….block excercise of 10 in cadence followed by 11s with little baby hill…..10 LBC and 1 burbee at top to start….finished with 3 LBC and 8 burbees with the last set.
Blocks excercises – curls, skull crushers, block rows, trifecta, shoulder raises, press exensions (from your six)
