SVU – Blocks and Hill-Burpees 1

Extremely late backblast 1 of 3 – made easier because each workout had the same theme.

Warmup – SSH, Mountain Climbers, Push-Ups, Imperial Squat Walkers

Jog to the back playground to get blocks and form a circle at homebase.  The PAX takes turns calling out a block excercise….after the pain of the first set, we made sure to limit the count to 10 in cadence for each exercise.  After the block routine, a jog up little baby hill leads to 10 burpees.  Upon return to homebase, the first exercise is added by the next PAX initiated exercise….then back up little baby hill for more burpees all the way through the PAX rotation.

Block exercises – Curls for Girls, Block Press, Block Row, Squat Thrusters, Reverse Crunch, Block Raises, Block Twist,

Short Mary consisting of LBC, Low Flutter, and American Hammer.

Reflection – always be aware of your attitude when times are tough and when they are good….someone always watching and we need to be a light to others.
