Warmup – SSH, Mountain Climbers, Push-Ups, Imperial Squat Walkers
Jog to the back playground to get blocks and form a circle at homebase. The PAX takes turns calling out a block excercise count of 10 in cadence for each exercise. After the block routine, a jog up little baby hill leads to 10 burpees. Upon return to homebase, the first exercise is added by the next PAX initiated exercise….then back up little baby hill for more burpees all the way through the PAX rotation.
Block exercises – Curls for Girls, Block Press, Block Row, Squat Thrusters, Reverse Crunch, Block Raises, Block Twists
Short Mary consisting of LBC, and American Hammer.
Reflection – Make an effort to get into God's word. A little bit of time each day can really help when you create time for Him.
