5 men showed up this am to learn what it meant to become a decathlete. When I looked at 2000 last night and saw no Q I decided to try this in honor of a fellow hiker I met last week that crushed it and was apparently a decathlete. And part of F3 Birmingham, AL.

Reflection: John 20:24-31
““Unless I see the nail marks in his hands and put my finger where the nails were, and put my hand into his side, I will not believe.”…… Then Jesus told him, “Because you have seen me, you have believed; blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed.”
We all have doubts and can lead to questioning at times. As we look for proof and answers it is easy for me to identify with Thomas but also know the strongest faith believes no matter what.
Moleskin:
-Mulligan was making tally marks for every time we threw the block and made some aloof reference to an upcoming Q……
-Strudel led us on all the runs today, seems like it was just yesterday he hobbled into the AO for the first time with a rehabbed leg injury.
-Dandelion wanted to clarify it probably wasn’t a true 1500m, a true honest distance runner at heart.
-Lightbulb came ambling in but looked a bit concerned when we said it was a decathlon. If you had told me Skipper had told him every off handed complaining comment to make each 46 seconds during his current leave of absence I would have easily believed you.
-Skipper glided in for some Mary at the end, good day sir.
