9 posted (then 8 – exit Goodwrench) to perfect weather in SVU. After a quick warm up, the decision was made to pick up heavy stuff and move. Lots of fun ensued.
Warm up:
Cheetah kicks off with SSH
Q arrives out of breath
12 (IC) Merkins
10 Copperhead Squats
Shoulder circles; big and small with self-love hugs
The Thing: Back to playground to grab two blocks ……… ……….….(wait for it)……… Each! AKA: 64 lbs.
Full round of “Sneaky Burpees”.
Definition of Sneaky Burpee – A fun movement that is not a burpee, but might have some similar elements.
Timer for this was an on-the-shoulder pole carry across parking lot.
The Thing #2: Murph Ladder with breakout Farmer’s carry
Group begins a 10 rung Murph ladder, while one PAX performs a 64 lb farmer’s carry to front playground and back. Rotate through while PAX climbs the ladder. 1 thru 10…… (wait for it)….. and Back.
(Sadly, time is called after 15 rounds. Stopping at 4th rung on the way back down).
No time for Mary

For those who did Murph on Monday, this was not a fun workout. But T-claps to you for shouldering on.
