3 pax hit the SVU sprint tri circuit. Cool weather, rain, and various pax travel delayed this year’s first event. Great times with the Bros.
We missed the brilliant sunrise at 6, jumping in at 630…Crabby led us out in the swim to the buoy and back.
We re-grouped for a 12+ mile ride; Westport loop, Gov Island, boat launch, club house, and back. Really great hearing about Shirley’s family trip to Slovenia to meet OG relatives from the homeland
During the ride, we also saw Boucher running…TWICE! I held my hand out for a high five to Boucher, and I heard Crabby Patty behind me yell, “Chicken!!” Haha, Boucher’s eyes grew into saucers, but no egos were challenged.
Ran the SailView 5k route from the AO. Crabby and I were chatting it up and didn’t realize how fast we were rolling. (I think I saw on Strava that Crabby had a 5k PR!)
The tri’s are always a good time. Great Bros!
