Mosey to the theater parking lot while doing butt kickers and high knees
Warm-A-Rama:
- SSH x 20IC
- IST x 15IC
- Cotton Pickers x 10IC
- Windmill x 10IC
- Merkins x 10IC
The THANG:
Mosey over to Chipotle parking lot
5 Burpees at bottom of hill, 10 lunges each leg at the top.
Decrease lunges by 1 down to 1, keep burpees at 5 each round.
Grab a block – short by 1 block so Gnarly Goat and Snake Eyes shared
Modified FRAN: 21 – 15 – 9 reps each:
Squat Press / Hand Release Merkins
Run a lap between 15 and 9 reps
- Lawn Mowers x 10 IC per side
- Bent over Rows x 10 IC
- Block Swings x 15 OYO
- Apollo Ohno x 10 each leg
- Slow Curls x 10IC
Mary:
Gnarly Goat lead a few Mary exercises while we were picking up the six. I think they were WWII situps and Low Flutter.

Thanks to DeepDish / Gnarly Goat for letting me lead this group. Today's workout really sucked, so thanks to everyone for hanging with me. There was lots of Mumblechatter about the Burpees and plenty of BS calls when we started FRAN.
We found out that Gnarly Goat isn't very fond of the Box Cutter. #BallSqueezer
