12 Strong for Sweatshop Beer Mug Holding Competition.  My first weekday work out since the time change, so odd to see all the ugly faces in the light.  

PAX – Early, Hangover, Overboard, Trickle, Samsung, Hawkeye, Flip Flop, Mayhem, Superman, Plank, STP, and one other I can't recall!

 

Workout:

1900 @ The Green start

20 x Side Straddle Hop

20 x Murican

10 x Dip

Stretch

Mosey to DUMC to pick up paver and 2 bricks each

In Cadence: 30 x paver curls, 30 x paver press, 30 x LBC, 30 x Jab-Cross-Hook-Hook-UpperCut-Uppercut Rotation with bricks (Boxing 1,2,3,4,5,6), 4 count to 30 holding bricks straight out, 30 low flutter.

In Cadence: 25 x paver curls, 25 x paver press, 25 x LBC, 25 x Jab-Cross-Hook-Hook-UpperCut-Uppercut Rotation with bricks (Boxing 1,2,3,4,5,6), 4 count to 25 holding bricks straight out, 25 low flutter.

?In Cadence: 20 x paver skull crushers, 20 x paver bent over row, 20 x Flutter Press ( low flutter + paver press combo), 20 x Brick Fly, 4 count to 20 holding bricks out to side.

?In Cadence: 10 x paver curls, 10 x paver skull crushers, 10 x paver overhead press, 10 x paver bent over row, 10 x brick fly, 10 x low flutter.

?COMPETITION – Hold bricks out maintaining 90 degrees, when a man drops his arms/bricks he had to take a lap then do muricans until there was one man left standing (Winner – Hawkeye (pictured above in the black) did not have to take a lap)
