· Queue the music again (another speaker already set up in woods) Curls X 15IC
· Shoulder Press X 12IC
– Repeato (60 curls with a 30 pound block #armsburning)
· CB Swings X 20 OYO
· Chest Press with Flutter X 15IC
· Lat Pull Over X 10IC
– Repeato (the blocks are freezing so the fingers were as well)
– CB Swings X 15 OYO
Blocks up
– One lap around parking lot (faster than a mosey)
– Sprint from bottom of lot by cars to pull up bars
– Mericans X 10IC (Repeato) – this just flat out sucked at this point
– Carolina Dry Docks (10IC) – this sucked even more – you can thank Limburger folks for this.
– Sprint to next corner (sprinting backwards this time)
– Sprint back down to cars (backwards again because Limburger is faster backwards than forwards)
– Circle up for Mary (not) – we are doing Chumbaburpees (it's 27 burpees…but due to time, we only did 12)

- Lots of new faces out there today…but that's more my issue than anyone elses. It's been a while since I last Q'd due to my ridiculous travel schedule, but I felt a day hadn't passed since my Q hiatus. I have spent some time getting back into F3 shape if you will to even get back to where I once was…and since I think I am there now…I look foward to taking the Q more often!
- Even though it's been a while, Hasselhoff picked up quickly on my Q pattern (i.e., we weren't only going to sprint one time but rather 3+ times).
- Swede – sorry, I couldn't come through for you on the hot chocolate!
