The Thang
It was a dark and Stormy night, no Stormy Daniels was not there but it was raining, it was cold, it was dark, yet the PAX headed to campus for an Old School beatdown.
Started in the courtyard of the Science complex with 8 burpee box jumps OYO followed by 4×40 yard shuttle run, followed by 16 dips in cadence. Repeato x 3. You might regret this in the morning. Llama run up and down the Davidson CPC back stairs a few times and then over to the circle in front of Chambers.
I'm only going to show you this once. 10 merkins in cadence, 4×30 yard shuttle run, followed by 20 LBCs in cadence. Repeato x 3. I'm getting a burning sensation. Llama run up Chambers stairs, skip the length of the porch behind the pillars, down the stairs and then repeat again before launching over to Patterson BBall court.
I can't feel my legs. 10 crunchy frogs in cadence, 4×20 yard shuttle run, followed by 20 mason twists in cadence. Repeato x 3. Basketball court was pretty wet as the rain really picked up in intensity. It's your turn on the slip and slide, nobody likes a soggy bottom, the wetter, the better, I've never tried doing three in a row. Llama run up the hill and back to the Green.
