In honor of Qs new job, the MIL F3 pax decided to have a pool workout, instead of the usual boot camp workout. It was also good, since a couple of the participants were nursing injuries and a pool workout was just what the doctor ordered.
We were met with a jorrified look from the lady who goes to the pool every morning before anyone else comes to destroy her solitude. She smiled, but we could tell deep inside, she was wishing we would go somewhere else.

- Side Straddle Hop 25x IC

- Karate Kid Session:
- Wax On/Wax Off 10x IC

- Suicides 6x: Run (in the pool) and pull yourself out of the water 10x on each end
- Plank on the ledge for 60 seconds
- Kick while holding on to the wall for 60 seconds
- Noodle Workout:
- Overhead Press 15x IC
- Float backwards and do chest press with noodle 15x IC
- Swim with noodle under legs (2 lengths of pool)
- Saint John the Baptist 10x (put legs out of water on ledge and rest on water, go backwards on down count)
- Rocket Launch 10x
Moleskin:
- Kudos to Twister for driving over 30 minutes to join the workout
- A couple of pax almost drowned while doing the Saint John the Baptist
- There was at least one pax who cheated during the plank, resting his belly on the ledge.
- This was a fun workout. Plenty of laughs and good time at the pool, followed by 2nd F with beers.
