Moleskin:
Grief given to those who missed the 0700 launch, but super happy to have all seven men today. Lot’s of mumble about the majority of the morning being on our heads. TClaps to Venus pushing through while still fighting a sinus infection. Chatter about someone in Wilmington (SHOW TO KNOW)! All men pushed hard and impressed Q. Chilly morning, but we were able to leave sweat angels.
Reflection:
Attitude…your attitude determines your altitude; professionally, personally, and spiritually. A bad or poor attitude (negativity) is a magnet for more negativity. Stay positive and always do the right thing, the right way, all the time. You’ll become stronger in all means of life. Spiritually, your attitude literally determines your altitude.
Thoughts and prayers to our brothers running the Spartan (Closer, Mulligan, C#). Prayers to Dutch (flu), Goodwrench running a marathon, Sonar enjoy a trip w M to mountains for Bday, Tinker on camping trip with 2.0s, all our injured PAX, and those who couldn’t make it or made the decision to fartsack.
Always a pleasure gentlemen,
Clubber
