Tabata Beatdown at Man Maker Monday


The 45-degree weather definitely impacted attendance this morning as many of the usual suspects decided to stay under their covers this morning.   Seven brave warriors joined me this morning DESPITE the pre-announcement of a full body tabata beatdown.  

Once we got the timer sorted out…..it went something like this:

  • 30 seconds on, 10 seconds off
  • Run down/back at the end of each round

We made it through a total of 6 rounds before time expired.  Outlaw voted that the burpees were the crowd-favorite amongts all of the exercises!  Has been too long since I lead a workout and thoroughly enjoyed getting back after it.
