Run around back section of 1/2 the parking lot

Run to end of parking lot and back 1/4 of the parking lot

Moleskin:
We fell short of completing Round 4. No one wanted to get overtime by finishing the last round even though we started a minute late. Eeyore felt like the time fell by. It was advised to maybe shorten the intervals to 20 seconds to help to have enough time to complete.
There was a little chatter but it quickly went away as the 4 PAX worked hard through the 25 second intervals. Roxie kept everyone entertained and took more breaks than us.
