Tabata Tuesday at The Blender

3 strong men and YHC showed up for Tabata Tuesday!   After a typically F3 LKN warm up (side straddle hops, imperial storm troopers, toy soldiers and Tennessee style carrot pullers) we moseyed around one small island to get the blood flowing.  That would be the extent of the running for this crew.

Set 3 – 45 seconds of work, 15 second rest

  • American Hammer
  • KB Squat
  • Round the world
  • KB Curl
  • Skull Crusher
  • Merkins
  • KB Swings
  • Low Flutter w Bell

Set 4 – 40 seconds of work, 20 second rest

  • KB Swings
  • Chest Press
  • Lawn Mower
  • Figure Eight
  • Reverse Lunge w Bell
  • OH Press
  • Skull Crusher
  • Forward Lunge

5 minutes left, so we did some step-ups on the wall, incline merkins, decline merkins and then a little mary (low flutter and jack knife LBC).
