Recover-Recover

Wow that is all we did? It felt like a lot more, right? The Q took it slow today to keep the Pax together and take in all the praise and encouragement of my workout selections. My last few workouts had everyone stretched out over the AO so I planned this one to keep us as one. Many Q announcements this week which I failed to take down but happy to see so many stepping up. Amen shared with the group that no matter the sweat or the weather conditions he never leaves a workout regretting the effort made to be there. I completely agree, sometimes in the middle of the workout I have my doubts but I always end glad I set my alarm.

Thanks to everyone for the effort today.

Answer from above: Yes, I did remember to let the dog in and he was safely sleeping and drooling on my pillow.
