- There were tales of some pax posting and others retreating to an "easier beatdown," even that an FNG would show. The closest we got was a potential sighting of Jobe performing an illegal dumping. We gave him the appropriate countdown and he drove off for The Murph….allegedly.
- Amen wouldn't be dettered despite knowing there would be burpees…strong
- Qbert drove some of The Standard a la Rocky & Mick
- Enron found Apolo Ohno's especially enjoyable after crushing the 15K yesterday
- Ponch verbally committed to Q vertical chest presses for the next year
- The Force has done more burpees with FiA than F3 lately (well prior to this morning)
- Thanks to Enron for the opportunity to Q at The Sword. Thanks to the LFC Men's Ministry for the EH (Email headlock in my case) and to the pax for the constant encouragement and motivation. You men are the reason F3 is awesome and works. Now go be the light for someone that needs it most. Until the next time…
