THE THANG 

-Mosey to the stairs

-Split into two groups

-Group 1 runs to the bottom of the stairs and does 10 burpees

-Group 2 does merkins until they return

-Flip

-Group 1 runs to the bottom of the stairs and does 3 burpees

-Group 2 does WW1s until they return

-Flip

-Group 1 runs to the bottom of the stairs and does 5 burpees

-Group 2 does Squats until they return

-Flip

-Group 1 runs to the bottom of the stairs and does 5 burpees

-Group 2 does plank until they return

-Flip

-Mosey back to the AO

-5 More Curls

-5 More Skull Crushers

MOLESKIN

-I think we did 150 curls, ouch. Going to feel that one tomorrow.

-Mater is visibly upset I was Qing and not Dandy as he wanted blocks, not stairs. I hope I delivered some arm work to your satisfaction. 

-Dandy was there when I arrived and it threw everything off for me as I felt like I must have gone through a time portal on the way there and somehow was 5 mins late. 

-Dr Doo agrees that the ELAH prices are too high and is going to work on lowering them, lol. You get what you pay for. 

-Strudel is the backbone of SVU and of course was there and made it look easy.
