The force and myself were slightly out of commission with him having back problems and myself recovering from my sprained ankle.
Moseyed over to the back for some block work with 12 reps of each
Chest press w/ block
reverse lunges w/ out block
Skull Crushers/ w block
Emom: Every minute on the minute for 12 minutes
start with one push up and one squat and increase by one for every minute until the last minute was 12 squats and 12 pushups
Pull up Progression workout.
Pax help a flexed hang for 5 secs and then 5 sec rest. repeat 3 times , rest 1 minute and repeat again.
Progressed to three sets of three negative pushups
Pax put up block and headed back to launch for 5 minutes of Mary.
COT: prayers for the Force’s mom and she begins her next few rounds of Chemo and getting to spend thanksgiving with her family. Prayers for my dad and his recovery. Looking to get back into the swing of things and meeting everyone back in the gloom.
