Per doctors orders and because no one signed up to Q, I was forced again to come up with a workout with no running. I tossed and turned all night and decided to use an old workout that would fit the bill. 6 pax showed to keep me company as listed but Midgie(sp?) is not registered yet!! Here is what went down:
Hoff-Arama:
SSH; 10 mountain climbers; 1 burpee
CP; 10 mountain climbers; 2 burpees
IST; 10 mountain climbers; 3 burpees
WM; 10 mountain climbers; 4 burpees
TS: 10 mountain climbers; 5 burpees
We moved to a new parking lot area for each set and ended up near the blocks……What the hec! Everyone grab a block!!!
Thang:
Round 1: Each pax was assigned a block exercise while one pax(timer) pushed cindy down the parking lot and back.. Rotate after each exercise. When done, REPEATO but timer does a farmers carry instead. Exercises were curls, skull crusher, block swing, shoulder press, chest press.
Round 2: Same as round 1 except exercises were Muhammed Ali (x3); incline merkins; decline merkins
Put the blocks back!
Mosey to the grassy knoll. Partner up and do 5 handslap merkins and 5 over/unders!! Asked Canary to pick a number between 6 and 10 and he chose 8. OK then, do 8 handslap merkins and 8 over/unders!!!

Enjoyed the opportunity today for sure. Happy to be back out and more healthy again!!! You dont realize how much you miss F3 workouts and all 3 Fs untiil you are in the IR for a while. Thanks to HaaganDaz and Midgie for making the trip to the East side…..good to see some fresh faces out there!!! Canary and Bootlegger in beast mode as usual! and Tugboat, you are getting fit my man!!! Well done!!!!
