6 pax began Samson at 0530, which grew to 7 pax by about 0545, then Amen showed up from an early-release Wilderness during Mary (as he continues to profess his love for J-Lo).
With the MB Marathon and Half coming up in 2 days, YHC is in taper mode and thus offered up a tapering-friendly strength workout with very light running mixed in.
We used blocks for tapering sets of muscle groups (20, 15, 10)
