12 of the strongest pax in Isotope started the week with leg day at Arnies Army. Here is their story:
Four Goatbusters met The Standard for 2-3 miles and debated which 17-12 teams were most likely to make a run in March
Accountability drives execution which led to YHC grabbing the last minute Q at Arnies Army and hitting leg day. The Thing had a good mix of thrusters, split squats, good mornings, and lunges with some arms and upper body sprinkled in and broken up by some hot laps. Of course, we found 40 burpees along the way and finished with a core medley during Mary.
The Force saw KB in the PB and couldn’t resist. Auto grabbed a block so that he had a seat at every possible stopping point. Although he left it out in the aisle at the expense of Tripper’s head. Boar Hog is an impressive seeing eye human. Smokey only races the up hills. The pax seemed to relish in the activities at Tarantula Post. Several pax have never heard that naming convention. It comes from the fact that the only time Tarantulas are called is at the light post at the top of the hill at Arnies.
Polar bear is March 9th at the Business Park. Operation Sweet Tooth 8K is March 16th launching from Grand Oak. The Sweet Fun Run is on March 23rd launching from Spartan Park and is a kid friendly run put on by CSD students benefiting Speed for Need. Plug in men. Lots of great opportunities to lift up our community.
Thanks to Tammy Faye for the opportunity to Q Arnies Army. Thanks to the LFC Men’s Ministry for the EH (email headlock in my case) and the pax for the constant encouragement and motivation. Now go be the light and do His will (look YHC can get it right). Until the next time…
