TBC Modified Murph


The Thang:

Run 1 mile through the PRoD from “The Green” to Lake Norman Charter pull-up bars

10 sets of the following:

  • 5 burpees

  • 10 pull-ups

  • 20 merkins

  • 30 jump squats*

*3rd, 6th, 9th set of jump squats included ¼ turn

 

Run 1 mile back retracing our steps

 

Exhausted Man Moleskin:

  • FNG-1 is Hugger

  • FNG-2 is Riptide

  • Two Buck Chuck sits at home tinkering … when the light bulb went off.Good for him, unfortunate for us.Added burpees at the beginning and made the squats hard – great idea!With 7, the sets go more quickly and we came pretty close to the 45 minute workout plan, took 50 minutes overall.

  • Very little mumblechatter.Even Duvall was quiet.That in and of itself is a complement to TBC.
