FNG-1 was Eric still not named. He left at 6:00. 

The weather was amazing just as promised.

Warm-up:

20 SSH IC

10 Imperial Storm Troopers IC

10 Cotton Pickers IC

10 Windmills IC

10 Sprinklers IC

Mosey a warm-up lap to the benches

The Thang:

20 Step-ups each leg OYO

20 Deep squat jumps OYO

80 Hot foot each leg OYO

Mosey to the front of the gym

Teams of 2

150 Merkins as a team/ Sprint to the top of the hill

200 Squats as a team/ Bear Crawl to the end of the first island

250 LBC as a team/ Quadraphilia to the top of the hill

Merkin Dominos on the curb- started at 5 merkins each and went to 7

Mosey back to the launch pad

Mary:

Went around the circle and picked a Mary exercise

Crawdad- 5 Glute bridges each leg 5 second hold 

Clark- 16 Flutter kicks IC

Abrams- 10 Jane Fondas each leg IC

Rebound- 10 Box cutters each leg IC

YHC- 10 Crunch Fries/ In-outs IC

YHC reflections have been lacking my last few Qs. I stole this from Facebook.

Couple PAX said they didn't even sweat this morning. YHC will try and make it harder. 4 PAX today that are in pretty good shape so that maybe tuff.

Abrams said he already ran 1 mile before so he didn't need a warm-up lap. Since when doesn't Abrams want to run. 

We need to name FNG-1 Eric before the workout next time he shows up, because he has to leave early every day. 

Crawdad said bear crawls should not hurt your hips, YHC must be doing them wrong.

Thought Clark decided to relieve himself during the COT.
