Merkin Dominos on the curb- started at 5 merkins each and went to 7
Mosey back to the launch pad
Mary:
Went around the circle and picked a Mary exercise
Crawdad- 5 Glute bridges each leg 5 second hold
Clark- 16 Flutter kicks IC
Abrams- 10 Jane Fondas each leg IC
Rebound- 10 Box cutters each leg IC

Couple PAX said they didn't even sweat this morning. YHC will try and make it harder. 4 PAX today that are in pretty good shape so that maybe tuff.
Abrams said he already ran 1 mile before so he didn't need a warm-up lap. Since when doesn't Abrams want to run.
We need to name FNG-1 Eric before the workout next time he shows up, because he has to leave early every day.
Crawdad said bear crawls should not hurt your hips, YHC must be doing them wrong.
