The Thang
- Who the heck knows?! I could not even hear myself call out the exercise with all the chatter between Titan and Frogger. They were like a couple of teen age girls.
The Moleskin
- The relaxing yoga music had to battle Titan’s ass music ( new term coined because Titan carry’s his phone in his back pocket while it plays music)
- I do appreciate that Titan did find a song that Toxic despises.
- We did complete to 50 for Fitness stretches even though The Force was not there.
- Just before the workout spun out of control, the Q was passed to Ultraman for the last 10 minute to allow him to run us through is new PT for his back.
