Set #2: Repeato with adding in Upright Row and subbing in Low Flutter for Low dolly

Set #3: Repeato subbing in Bent Over Row for Upright Row / added in Lawn mower Pull L/R  and subbing in Rosalita for the Low Flutter

Set #4: Repeato with subbing back in the Upright Roe for the BOR and subbing in Touch Dem Heals for the Rosalita

Set #5: Repeato of set #1 with ending with "THE CRUNCHY FROG"

Many thanks to Cobra Kai . Several weeks ago he was in Q search. I may have made eye contact with himat the time. Word to the wise…….if you do…….he takes that as a yes  (just sayin).
