Sandbag Bear Hug for 40 yards to your partner who performed Kb swings…switch. Performed for 10+ minutes.
Sandyskins:
1) Only a Pax noticed this was a repeato beating. Well…the saying goes something like this…if it worked the first time why not do it again? There's something to be said about consistency.
2) At this point da Pax reminded me that I only attend occasionally to F3 workouts. If there were and if anyone viewed backblasts one would see that the data says otherwise.
3) This workout was harder than last time.
4) Did Bunyan get white shoes to make himself look faster?
5) I noticed that many of da Pax avoided 80# Kb today for farmer's walk. The Q noticed and the Sky Q is always watching.

7) YHC gave the Pax the option of staying on Hell's Ascent or choosing what was behind door number 3. They chose Door number 3. I'm not sure they approved?
8) The sandbags have seen better days. It's time to retire them to Florida. Get it? Sand…Beach…Florida…Retirement?
