15 Toy Solders IC
10 Merkins IC
20 Monkey Humpers IC
10 Windmills IC
Mosey a lap around the track
The Thang:
10 Burpees so we can help Boucher warmed up
We did a 10 count OYO or IC then we did a moving exercise for 10 movements until we made it all the way around the track
The stationary exercise: merkins, diomand merkins, monkey humpers, reverse crunches, burpees, wide grip merkins, starburst squats, jump squats, copper head squats, jump squats, hip thrusters, and maybe more. Most of them we did more than once.
The moving exercises:
Bear crawl, inch worms, crawl bear, crab walk, lung walk, side lunges each direction, reverse lung, sprint, and quadraphelia.
YHC isn't real sure of the order we did the exercises in, but I am just sure we did them.

Sparrow seemed to want to use some blocks today. He was so disappointed he decided he wanted to Q next Wednesday. VQ Alert!!!!!! NEXT WEDNESDAY!!!!!!
