Nice group out at Fartlek this morning as we had 6 for roughly 6 miles of running.
It wasn't too long before the mumble chatter was in full force with Enron and Frogger leading the discussion on Teslas and other EVs.
The route today was the Movie Theatre route – out to Birkdale Regal Cinemas. We stopped at the theatre to regroup and proceeded to pound out 20 Monkey Humpers OYO. Some Pax (Ultraman/Enron) chose Merkins instead. Then we were off w/ a loop around Birkdale Village that included a flyby of FIA (strong numbers) at Total Wine and then back home.
Strong effort by all today.
Appreciated the Pax that showed and made it a great start for a Tuesday.
